(i) James David Staffing will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, creed, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, marital status, or domestic violence victim status. (iv) James David Staffing will include the provisions of Sections (i) through (iii), as well as the requirements of Paragraph “ii” of Section B pertaining to the Human Rights Law, in every subcontract connected to the performance of our services. These provisions will be incorporated in such a manner that they are binding upon each subcontractor, ensuring that all subcontracted work complies fully with our equal employment opportunity commitments.

Reporting Policy Violations
If an employee, contractor, or agent witnesses or becomes aware of any violations of this policy, they are encouraged to report it to their supervisor or the Human Resources Department immediately. Reports can also be made anonymously. All reports will be investigated promptly, confidentially, and without fear of retaliation. Our company is committed to taking appropriate action to address any violations of this policy and to ensure that all workers are treated with dignity and respect. Our company strictly prohibits retaliation against any employee, contractor, or agent who reports a violation of this policy or participates in an investigation of such a violation. Retaliation in any form will not be tolerated and will be considered a violation of this policy.
